South Africa boasts some of the best crew in the world. They are renowned for their hard work, experience and professionalism. Our crew are not unionized, but do adhere to a comprehensive set of Working Conditions established between the Commercial Producer's Association and crew members.

The basic conditions are:
Crew work 10 hour days including 1 hour for meals. Overtime is calculated at time and a half for the first 4 hours and double time thereafter. Sundays, Public Holidays, the first night of a night shoot and the seventh consecutive day of filming are charged at time and a half.
